EGL Aggregates is a division
of EGL Group Ltd with an administrative office in Buxton, and
operational sites at
Stoney Middleton, Derbyshire and Cottam Power Station, Nottinghamshire.
At its operational sites
EGL Aggregates manufacture and process raw materials for the
construction materials industry.
In particular for use in the manufacture of light weight building
blocks, as well as decorative surfacing materials, pipe bedding
and other sub-base applications.

The activity processes and handles Pulverised Fuel Ash (PFA)
and Furnace Bottom Ash (FBA) at Cottam Power Station under long
term agreements, that enables it to offer continuity of
supply and logistical services.
At the Stoney Middleton
operation, again under a long term agreement, the activity has
the marketing rights for the processing and sale of limestone
to the civil works and the construction industry.
The activity sources other
products, not produced in house, including ash and aggregates
to offer a wider range of products to our customers |
